Session-key recovery via weak generated HMAC secrets

Weak HMAC secret generation in Mojolicious 7.28 through 9.45 allows remote attackers to brute-force session keys from signed cookies. The app generator writes a SHA-1 digest of the process ID, monotonic time, and Perl rand() output into generated configuration as the session secret. Exploitation requires a deployed application to retain that generated secret and expose a signed cookie; the bounded consequence is recovery of the session authentication key.
