Kernel crash via premature ASPM link-state free

Use-after-free in Linux PCI/ASPM allows local users with root privileges to crash the kernel during PCIe switch hot-unplug. The link-state removal path frees an upstream multifunction switch's ASPM parent link when a nonzero function is removed, while downstream ports retain it as parent_link. Reaching the faulty removal path requires root and affected PCIe switch hardware; dereferencing the stale link produces general protection faults and service interruption.
