Service interruption via duplicate client-tracking initialization

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.8 through 6.12.21 and 6.13 through 6.13.9 allows local users to interrupt nfsd during client tracking. The check_for_legacy_methods() path initializes legacy tracking even though nfsd4_client_tracking_init() already handles that operation, so the second call triggers BUG_ON() in nfsd4_init_recdir(). Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an nfsd configuration using legacy client tracking; the reported consequence is limited to availability.
