Service interruption via invalid scheduler context

A scheduling flaw in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service during kexec resume on affected configurations. A syscore callback can set NEED_RESCHED while interrupts are disabled, after which cond_resched() calls schedule() and re-enables interrupts from an invalid context. PREEMPT_NONE and PREEMPT_VOLUNTARY kernels are affected; full-preemption kernels are not, and the observed kexec path requires privileged reboot access.
