Kernel panic via Btrfs extent-accounting race

Extent-accounting corruption in the Linux Btrfs filesystem allows local users to panic the kernel through ordinary writes. After btrfs_run_delalloc_range fails, extent_writepage removes an ordered extent already removed by the failure path, causing double accounting and stale workqueue state. Reachability requires write access to a mounted Btrfs filesystem and an ENOSPC-triggering race; the documented subpage case uses 4 KB sectors on a 64 KB page kernel.
