Kernel worker hang via recursive BPF locking

Improper locking in BPF cgroup storage in the Linux kernel allows local users to hang a kernel worker through crafted BPF programs. The cgroup-storage map-free path passes NULL rather than the map's busy counter to bpf_local_storage_map_free, allowing recursive storage updates while local_storage->lock is held. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and coordinated fentry and tracepoint BPF programs that repeatedly create and destroy cgroup-storage maps; the resulting lock recursion stalls the affected worker.
