Kernel crash via unnamed MMP2 power domain

NULL pointer dereference in the MMP2 clock driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel during debugfs setup. The pwr_island_init path calls pm_genpd_init before assigning genpd.name, leaving the embedded device unnamed when debugfs later uses dev_name() for directory creation. Low-privileged local access is required, and successful triggering causes a kernel crash without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
