Local denial of service via recursive team locking

Improper locking in Linux since 3.3 and all Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 TM MFP GNU/Linux subsystem versions allows local users to hang the kernel. The team_add_slave path accepts a device already beneath an existing team port, and the resulting device event reacquires team_lock while that mutex is already held. Exploitation requires local access with network-link administration rights; the resulting recursive lock can leave the system unavailable.
