System crash via uninitialized OPP bandwidth lookup

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel branches beginning with 6.0 allows local users to crash the kernel through a bandwidth lookup. The OPP path calls _read_bw() from dev_pm_opp_find_bw_ceil() or dev_pm_opp_find_bw_floor() without first confirming that the bandwidth table exists. The crash requires a driver to request bandwidth when missing interconnect properties prevented table creation, and no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
