Kernel crash via unchecked allocation failure

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux 6.13 through 6.13.1 allows local users to crash the kernel during PXA1908 APBCP driver initialization. The APBCP probe path tests the devm_kzalloc result with IS_ERR even though allocation failure returns NULL, so execution continues with a null clock-data pointer. Triggering requires local low-privilege access, the affected PXA1908 clock driver, and an allocation failure during probe; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
