System crash via reversed PCI probe cleanup

Resource-management flaws in Linux rtlwifi allow local users to crash affected systems when PCI device initialization fails. On the init_sw_vars failure path, rtl_pci_probe calls rtl_deinit_core before initialization is complete, destroys rtl_wq, and omits rtl_pci_deinit and deinit_sw_vars, leaving invalid access and leaked memory. Exposure requires the rtlwifi PCI driver, a probe failure, and local low-privilege access; the flaw also affects the SIMATIC S7-1500 TM MFP GNU/Linux subsystem.
