Local memory corruption via premature f_tcm command free

Double free in the Linux kernel f_tcm USB gadget function allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through USB target I/O. The f_tcm completion path frees a command before sense-status completion and later frees the same command again when that status finishes. Reachability requires local access to a kernel with the USB gadget TCM function present and exercised; the documented consequence is memory corruption.
