Kernel crash via unchecked SMU_Info table pointer

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel branches allows local users to crash the kernel through the AMDGPU power-management path. atomctrl_get_smc_sclk_range_table() dereferences the result of smu_atom_get_data_table() without checking whether SMU_Info retrieval returned NULL. The path is limited to Polaris GPUs, whose VBIOS is expected to provide that table, so the failure is not expected in normal hardware configurations.
