Account compromise via predictable reset passwords

Weak randomness in Smolder 1.51 and earlier allows remote attackers to predict developer passwords generated during administrative resets. Smolder::DB::Developer calls Data::Random, which derives values from Perl rand(), to create reset passwords without cryptographic entropy. Exploitation requires an administrator to reset a target password; successful prediction grants access to that developer account.
