Local service interruption via oversized SafeSetID policy write

Improper input validation in Linux SafeSetID allows local users to interrupt service by writing an oversized policy to securityfs. The handle_policy_update() path passed the supplied length to memdup_user_nul() before checking it against KMALLOC_MAX_SIZE, so a huge write reached kmalloc and triggered a kernel warning. Reaching either 0600 policy file requires CAP_MAC_ADMIN in the initial user namespace, and the reported consequence is availability loss rather than data disclosure or modification.
