Memory disclosure and crash via oversized array length

Out-of-bounds read in Linux ath12k debugfs code from 6.3 through 6.13.2 allows local users to disclose memory or crash the kernel. print_array_to_buf_index() receives an oversized array length while placing self-generated statistics into a buffer and reads beyond the intended boundary. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access to a system using the affected ath12k statistics path; no data modification impact is reported.
