Local privilege escalation via Bluetooth command race

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernel 6.0 and later branches allows local users to crash the host by racing two Bluetooth MGMT operations. Powering down an HCI device frees a pending mgmt_pending_cmd while queued mgmt_remove_adv_monitor_sync work still dereferences its param pointer. A low-privileged local process with access to a trusted Bluetooth MGMT socket can retry the race, causing a kernel panic or enabling kernel-memory control.
