Kernel data disclosure via unchecked OPP index

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux OPP core allows local users to expose kernel heap data through caller-visible frequency values. The indexed OPP lookup helpers pass an unchecked clock index to _read_freq(), which reads beyond opp->rates[] and returns the adjacent word as a frequency. This requires a local process and a device using indexed OPP lookups; consequences include invalid clocks, I/O hangs, or a kernel panic.
