Service interruption via hard-interrupt blocking

Improper interrupt handling in the Linux kernel 6.5 through 6.13.1 allows local users to disrupt service through TUN queue resizing. ptr_ring_resize_multiple() disables hard interrupts while swapping and freeing queue entries, reaching page_pool_put_unrefed_netmem() in a prohibited context. Reachability requires local permission to change a TUN device's transmit queue length; the public report demonstrates a kernel warning but does not document code execution.
