Kernel memory access via CLC index off-by-one

An off-by-one error in Linux kernel mt7925 Wi-Fi firmware parsing allows local users to read and write out-of-bounds kernel memory. In mt7925_load_clc(), the driver accepts a CLC index equal to ARRAY_SIZE(phy->clc) and uses it to access the array beyond its final element. The path runs during local device probe or chip reset rather than from network or radio input and requires the mt7925 driver and a CLC entry with the boundary index.
