Kernel crash via unsupported Bluetooth USB device

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Bluetooth setup allows local users to crash affected kernels by inserting an unsupported USB dongle. btrtl_setup_realtek passes fields from btrtl_dev->ic_info to hci_set_hw_info without checking whether ic_info is NULL after device identification. Physical access and a Bluetooth USB device whose chip is absent from ic_id_table are required; the documented consequence is a Kernel Oops that interrupts the host.
