Kernel crash via missing logical-collection handling

Improper input validation in the Linux HID core allows physically proximate attackers to crash the kernel via a malformed HID descriptor. hid_apply_multiplier assumes every Resolution Multiplier belongs to a Logical Collection and mishandles a collection walk that finds none. A crafted report reaches the parser during HID-device enumeration; the bounded consequence is kernel interruption rather than data disclosure.
