Kernel-memory disclosure via inconsistent XFRM hash state

An out-of-bounds read in affected Linux kernel releases starting at 4.9 allows local users to read kernel memory during XFRM state lookup. The XFRM rehash path replaces state_bydst before updating state_hmask, so an RCU lookup can hash with the new mask while indexing the old, smaller hlist array. Low-privileged local access and a lookup racing a state-table resize are required; the resulting read can disclose kernel data or interrupt the system.
