Local service interruption via zero denominators

Divide-by-zero in Linux 6.11 through 6.12.11 and 6.13-rc1 through 6.13-rc7 allows local users to interrupt service via AMD display calculations. CalculateBytePerPixelAndBlockSizes initializes BytePerPixelY and BytePerPixelC to zero, leaving unchanged values available as divisors. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and execution of the affected AMD display path; the documented consequence is availability loss.
