Kernel crash via concurrent mac802154 interface removal

Denial of service in the Linux mac802154 subsystem allows local users to crash the kernel through concurrent interface removal. ieee802154_if_remove deletes an interface list entry after hardware unregistration has already removed it, corrupting the list during the race. The path requires local privileges to remove IEEE 802.15.4 interfaces, and successful exploitation interrupts the entire host.
