File I/O hang via uncanceled cache request

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.12 netfs allows local users to hang Ceph file I/O when FS-Cache is temporarily disabled. In netfs_advance_write(), an unavailable cache stream causes an early successful return without subrequests, so the request is discarded and folios retain PG_private_2. The hang requires local low-privileged access, a Ceph filesystem mounted with FS-Cache enabled, and a temporary cache disable such as a direct-I/O write.
