Local service interruption via SCTP timer overflow

Integer overflow in Linux kernel SCTP allows local users to interrupt service by configuring an extreme SCTP autoclose value. In sctp_association_init(), the kernel multiplies the 32-bit sp->autoclose value by HZ before widening it, allowing the timer calculation to wrap. Low-privileged local access is required, and the published assessment reports availability impact without confidentiality or integrity impact.
