Local system crash via unguarded XSK queues

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel gve driver allows local users to crash the system through XSK pool operations. The enable and disable paths dereference a receive-queue pointer without first confirming that queues exist, while xsk_wakeup can race with queue removal. Reachability requires the gve driver and an XSK operation while the interface is down or its queues disappear; the documented consequence is loss of availability.
