Authenticated SQL injection via unescaped currency_code parameter
Published Jul 9, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in Favethemes Houzez Theme - Functionality 3.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract sensitive database data. The currency_code parameter is insufficiently escaped and is inserted into an existing SQL query without sufficient preparation, allowing appended SQL statements. Seller-level Custom access or higher is required; successful exploitation reads sensitive information from the WordPress database, and the record establishes no broader consequence.
