Data disclosure and crash via netfs cleanup

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel 6.12 through 6.12.9 and 6.13-rc1 through 6.13-rc6 allows local users to disclose data and crash the system. In fs/netfs/buffered_read.c, two allocation-error paths in netfs_read_to_pagecache() fail to decrement nr_outstanding, cancel the subrequest, and leave the issuing loop. A local low-privileged account must drive a buffered netfs read into one of those error paths; no integrity impact is reported.
