Local system hang via unlocked VRAM trimming

Improper locking in Linux kernel 6.11 through 6.12.9 allows local users with GPU render-node access to hang the system. The amdgpu_vram_mgr_new path calls drm_buddy_block_trim without holding the manager lock while concurrent VRAM operations mutate the same buddy lists. Local render-node access and concurrent VRAM activity are required; the resulting list corruption can crash or hang the kernel.
