Service interruption via mismatched surface limits

Kernel page-fault denial of service in Linux 6.11 allows local users to interrupt service through AMD display surface updates. The DC driver sizes surface updates with inconsistent MAX_SURFACES and MAX_SURFACE_NUM limits, causing copy_stream_update_to_stream to read an invalid pointer. Triggering requires AMD display hardware supporting two overlay planes with cursor overlay mode in use, and the resulting kernel oops can panic or reboot the host depending on configuration.
