Kernel data exposure via cpumask formatting race

A race condition in Linux kernel topology reporting allows local users to disclose kernel data and interrupt service during CPU hotplug. The core_siblings_list read path lets kvasprintf size its buffer and format core_cpumask at different times, so a concurrent mask change produces inconsistent lengths. Reaching the condition requires administrative local access to hotplug a CPU while topology is read; Siemens rates confidentiality and availability impacts as high.
