Kernel panic via incorrect nested IRQ dispatch

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.1 through 6.13-rc6 allows local users to panic the kernel through PCI1xxxx GPIO access. The pci1xxxx_gpio_irq_handler dispatches a nested GPIO interrupt with generic_handle_irq instead of handle_nested_irq, causing improper IRQ-context handling. A local low-privileged user must access GPIO values on a system using Microchip PCI1xxxx hardware; successful triggering crashes the host.
