Kernel crash via uninitialized TCPci IRQ state

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.12 through 6.12.9 allows local users to crash the kernel through a shared Type-C IRQ race. In tcpci_irq(), a second port's handler can run after IRQ registration but before tcpci_register_port() initializes tcpci, causing a NULL regmap dereference. The crash requires two Type-C ports sharing an IRQ and precise interrupt timing; the reported consequence is limited to service interruption.
