Local kernel panic via FunctionFS binding race

Race condition in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system during FunctionFS USB gadget binding. In functionfs_bind, concurrent daemon file operations and a configfs UDC bind can leave ffs->state inactive, yet the function executes WARN_ON on that transient state. The crash requires low-privileged local access, the competing FunctionFS paths, and panic_on_warn enabled; the result is a kernel panic and service interruption.
