Kernel crash via inconsistent timestamp attribute flags

Improper timestamp handling in Linux ksmbd 5.15 and later affected branches allows remote authenticated users to crash the kernel via SMB requests. set_file_basic_info passes ATTR_MTIME to notify_change without ATTR_CTIME, violating setattr_copy_mgtime's flag requirements when processing client-supplied timestamps. Exploitation requires a writable SMB session and an mgtime filesystem; panic_on_warn causes a file-server outage, while other configurations log a warning and permit mtime changes without ctime advancement.
