Kernel memory corruption via racy SysEx reassembly

Race condition in the ALSA OSS sequencer in Linux 2.6.12 and later allows local users to trigger out-of-bounds memory access. The SysEx packet path combines six-byte fragments in a shared buffer without serialization, so concurrent processing races the buffer access. A low-privileged local account and concurrent SysEx packet processing are required; resulting memory corruption discloses data, alters kernel state, or crashes the system.
