Spurious kernel warning via cancellation-context misclassification

Workqueue validation in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a spurious warning during AMDGPU job scheduling. The check_flush_dependency helper applies flush-safety validation to cancel_work_sync and cancel_delayed_work_sync even though canceled work is already running or will never run. Reaching the condition requires a local AMDGPU job path; the kernel record characterizes cancellation as safe and documents no corruption, disclosure, or service interruption.
