Kernel warning via atomic-context LSM privilege check

Concurrency error in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel warning by reading the kmemleak debugfs report. The kmemleak print path formats redundant %pS and %pK specifiers, causing %pK to perform an LSM-enforced CAP_SYSLOG check while preemption is disabled. Reachability requires PREEMPT_RT, an active LSM such as SELinux, kptr_restrict set to 1, and at least one buffered kmemleak item; no crash or data impact is reported.
