Kernel memory access via stale RDMA netdev pointer

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 5.3 through 6.12.8 allows local users to access kernel memory or crash the system through RDMA/siw. The siw_device structure retains a direct net_device pointer after the network device can be freed, and siw_query_port dereferences that stale link. Reachability requires a configured Soft-iWARP device and local low-privileged access; the stale object can expose or corrupt kernel memory and cause a kernel panic.
