Local kernel crash via missing SCM pool

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash Qualcomm-based systems through an extended-argument SCM call. In drivers/firmware/qcom/qcom_scm-smc.c, __scm_smc_call() passes a NULL pool from qcom_scm_get_tzmem_pool() to qcom_tzmem_alloc() when the SCM device is unavailable and more than four arguments require allocation. Reachability requires local access on a Qualcomm platform, an unavailable SCM device, and an extended-argument SCM call; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
