Memory disclosure and corruption via freed sampling buffers

Use-after-free in Linux kernel s390 CPUMF sampling allows local users to read or corrupt kernel memory during CPU hot removal. The cpumsf_pmu_stop path calls hw_perf_event_update after s390_pmu_sf_offline_cpu has freed the CPU sampling data buffers, so cleanup reads and writes memory that may already be reassigned. Reachability requires an active CPUM_SF perf event on IBM Z and a CPU-offline transition; the stale access can disclose or corrupt kernel memory or panic the system.
