Stack depot exhaustion via unmarked IRQ entries

Resource exhaustion in the s390 Linux kernel allows local users to deplete the stack depot through asynchronous interrupts. Because s390 leaves .irqentry.text empty, in_irqentry_text() fails to truncate IRQ stack traces, so stacks from randomly interrupted sites evade de-duplication. Exposure requires PREEMPT and KASAN to be enabled; exhaustion produces capacity-limit warnings and prevents additional stack traces from being saved.
