Parser crash via empty blank-node identifier

Heap-based buffer over-read in librdf Raptor RDF Syntax Library 2.0.16 and earlier allows local users to crash N-Quads parsing. raptor_ntriples_parse_term_internal() reads dest[-1] for an empty blank-node identifier because it inspects the last byte without confirming a positive parsed length. A crafted N-Quads document must reach a local application using the parser; the demonstrated consequence is a process abort, not data disclosure or code execution.
