Storage interruption via shared configuration request buffer

Race condition in Linux 6.1 through 6.12.7 allows local users to corrupt SAS controller configuration via rapid PHY state changes. The mpi3mr driver reuses shared configuration-request memory, so overlapping SAS IO Unit and SAS Expander requests can overwrite one another instead of retaining separate buffers. Access to mpi3mr-backed SAS hardware and the local sysfs interface is required; corruption can persistently disable storage PHYs and interrupt attached I/O.
