Local kernel crash via MST teardown race

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel DisplayPort MST code allows local users to crash the system by racing topology teardown. drm_dp_mst_handle_up_req() uses mst_primary without retaining a reference while drm_dp_mst_topology_mgr_set_mst(false) can concurrently free it and set the manager pointer to NULL. The race requires an MST upstream request during topology removal; the public record establishes a NULL dereference or use-after-free, not remote reachability.
