Kernel compromise via stale RDMA device pointer

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel RDMA RXE subsystem allows local users to read and corrupt kernel memory through local interfaces. RXE retains a direct rxe->ndev pointer, and queued ib_cache_event_task work later calls dev_get_flags after the referenced net_device is freed. Soft-RoCE must already be configured; low-privilege access can expose reclaimed data, corrupt heap state, hijack control flow, or panic the kernel.
