Remote service hang via oversized CLC length

Denial of service in the Linux SMC networking component allows remote attackers to hang a connection via a crafted CLC message. smc_clc_wait_msg trusts the header length and repeatedly calls sock_recvmsg to drain bytes beyond its buffer without stopping when the peer closes. The unauthenticated CLC exchange must reach an SMC listener or client, after which the dead loop interrupts availability without reported data access or modification.
