Service crash via unchecked surface allocation

Resource exhaustion in plutovg_surface_create in LunaSVG 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash SVG-processing applications. When a crafted SVG is rendered, plutovg_surface_create passes an unchecked, attacker-controlled surface size to malloc, producing a near-address-space-limit allocation request and process abort. Exposure requires an application to render attacker-supplied SVG data; the demonstrated consequence is process termination rather than data disclosure or modification.
